Stuck With Odoo? We'll Get It Working
Stalled rollout. Broken customizations. A system nobody trusts anymore. We stabilize what's there and get it working, without starting from zero.

Situations We Step Into
Odoo implementations tend to fail in familiar ways. A rollout stalls mid-build with the budget spent and confidence gone. Customizations pile up until nobody on the team understands how the system is actually wired together. People quietly work around the software in spreadsheets instead of trusting it. An upgrade breaks under the weight of years of undocumented changes. Or the data has drifted so far that nobody's confident the numbers are even correct. If any of that sounds familiar, we've probably seen it before.
How We Rescue It
We start with a full audit across configuration, custom code, integrations, and data quality, so we know exactly what's solid and what isn't. While that happens, we stabilize what already exists: no big-bang cutover, no added disruption on top of what you've already been through. The result is a clear readout of what's healthy, what's fragile, and what needs fixing first, with a straight, prioritized plan for getting there. From there, we rationalize the customizations that have piled up, reconnect integrations that drifted out of sync, and retrain your team so they actually use the system instead of working around it.
Common Questions
Will this cause more downtime on top of what we've already dealt with?
No. The audit and stabilization phases are designed to run alongside your existing system. We don't touch anything live until we know exactly what it will do.
How long does a rescue engagement take?
It depends on how deep the damage goes. The audit alone typically takes one to two weeks; the readout tells you the real timeline for what comes after.
Is this a full re-implementation?
Usually not. Most rescues fix, consolidate, and stabilize what already exists rather than starting over. If a full rebuild genuinely is the right call, the audit will say so and we'll tell you plainly.
What happens after the system is stable?
Most clients move into an ongoing support arrangement so the same drift doesn't happen again. That's entirely optional. Some just want it fixed and handed back.
